Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side are coming into this game with the knowledge that a victory will take them to the top of the Premier League table .
Edinson Cavani is expected to replace out-of-form Anthony Martial in starting lineup against Burnley on Tuesday night.
The Uruguay international, who joined Man Utd on a free transfer this summer, has exceeded expectations with his excellent performances in his first few months at Old Trafford, scoring 3 goals in only two Premier League starts for the Red Devils.
His potential return to the Man Utd line up against Burnley may force Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to leave Martial on the bench. The 25-year-old has missed several gilt-edged chances in the past few games and time spent on the bench might help him rediscover his best form.
Elsewhere on the pitch, few if any changes are expected as Man Utd aim to extend their year-long unbeaten run on the road. United haven't lost away from home since January 2019 and have managed to win all but one Premier League game during that time.
Little wonder, then, many pundits are expecting the Red Devils to travel to Anfield for their Sunday's clash with as league leaders. But for that to happen United must overcome a Burnley side that hasn't performed well this season but still possesses the attributes to get an upset victory over their hosts.
Possible Man United line up against Burnley : De Gea; Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw; McTominay, Fred; Rashford, Fernandes, Pogba; Cavani
