Jurgen Klopp is ready to offload six of Liverpool’s first team stars to raise cash and bring his top transfer targets to Liverpool this summer.
Dejan Lovren, Harry Wilson and Xherdan Shaqiri could all be sold by Liverpool in the coming months as the Anfield outfit attempts to raise cash for new signings, reports The Sun.
The trio have all fallen down the pecking order at Anfield after other players have replaced them in the club’s starting XI during the ongoing 2019/20 campaign.
Other three players who could join the trio on their way out of the club include Adam Lallana, Divock Origi and Marko Grujic. Lallana is set to leave Anfield as a free agent after five seasons with the club, with multiple Serie A sides reportedly chasing the signature of Grujic.
The Serbia international, who is currently playing on loan for Hertha Berlin, has made only 8 appearances for Liverpool during his 4-year stint with the club. Prior to joining the Bundesliga club at the start of last season, he spent two loan spells at Red Star Belgrade and Cardiff City.
Bayern Munich have reportedly decided to jump out of the race for Bayern Munich sensation Kai Havertz, as Hansi Flick’s side have no intentions of meeting Bayer Leverkusen’s £70m asking price.
The German giants have set their sights on Manchester City winger Leroy Sane whom the club believes it has a better chance of signing this summer.
However, while they have opted against furthering their interest in the 21-year-old, SportBild reports that Bayern will go back for the midfielder if he remains at Leverkusen until next summer.
Havertz has been enjoying a phenomenal 2019/20 Bundesliga season which has seen the midfielder score 16 and assist 7 goals in 41 appearances across all competitions.
Only a few months after stating that he intended to see out the final two years of his contract with the Gunners, the German has hinted of a potential return to his home country.
Arsenal defending Shkodran Mustafi has admitted in an interview with Bild he would be ‘interested’ in a move to Bundesliga in the near future, igniting rumors that he might return to his homeland once his contract with Mikel Arteta’s side expires in 2021.
Mustafi on his future and a move to Bundesliga : "In the current situation, it is difficult to predict how the transfer phase will go. This is always interesting (moving to Bundesliga) - In terms of the sport, it has made great progress. It's also my home." [@SPORTBILD]

The former Valencia defender joined the Gunners in a £35m move in 2016, but concerns remain about his quality due to the sub-par performances he has delivered at the Emirates.
His long-term future at Arsenal will be up in the air after last summer signing William Saliba arrives in London after completing his one-season loan at St. Etienne this summer.
