Report claims that the Old Trafford residents might demand as much as €40m for the right back who has fallen down the pecking order at the club.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain are interested in securing the transfer of Man United full back Diogo Dalot, according to reports in Portugal.
Newspaper O Jogo claims that the Red Devils are open to the idea of letting the right-back go in the summer and might demand between €35m and €40m for him.
The report further claims that the 21-year-old might have left on a loan deal in January but adds that a permanent summer transfer now looks more likely.
According to a report from Spanish newspaper Sport, Man United have been given a huge boost in their chase for top transfer target Kalidou Koulibaly.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is a huge fan of the Senegal international who has been at the heart of Napoli’s defense during his time in Naples.
And the 28-year-old could be on his way out of Serie A as his side are targeting out-of-favor Barcelona defender Samuel Umtiti as his replacement.
Umtiti hasn’t been able to mark his place in the Barca defense since arriving from Lyon in 2017, with a host of injuries and the arrival of fellow defender Clement Lenglet from Sevilla in the following summer forcing him to spend the majority of his time on the sidelines.
The France international was also linked with the Red Devils of late, however, if the report quoted is to be believed, the Premier League giants have now set their sights at Koulibaly as they continue to search for a dependable center-back partner of last summer signing Harry Maguire.
Their fans would be able to see the Red Devils adopting new tactical approaches when the Premier League resumes, according to coach Kieran McKenna.
As quoted by Manchester Evening News, the United coach was of the opinion that his side could take advantage of the forced break by focusing on developing tactical plans that it could use when the club are back in action.
He also said that with games coming thick in fast, managers don’t normally have time during the season to come up with new plans that they could follow up-on in the near future.
