Davide Zappacosta is set to join AS Roma as the European transfer window approaches its end. The Chelsea full-back has joined Serie A club on loan.  Jadon Sancho has apparently entered into a new deal with Borussia Dortmund while Alexis Sanches may soon play for a different club.

Davide couldn’t make it to the first team squad under the new Chelsea team manager. The right back has joined AS Roma on loan with an option to extend the loan time period. It was also reported by Chelsea that the player has extended his contract with the club which will formally keep him at the Bridge until June 2022.

The 27-year-old said that he is pleased to sign for Roma and having gained a lot of experience by playing overseas.

The Italian said that it is a huge motivation to sign for such a big club and that he is eagerly waiting to start training. Chelsea signed him from Torino for £23m back in 2017.

Zappacosta did not play for the Blues this season as he only made 4 appearances last season and started 22 games in his first season.

Meanwhile a huge boost happened to Dortmund as Jadon Sancho renewed his contract with a rumoured salary increase to £190,000 a week.  The English winger who remained in transfer news as he was linked to a summer move to Manchester United achieved 13 goals last season.

The 19-year-old helped Dortmund finishing second behind Bayern Munich last year. Dortmund signed him in 2017 from Manchester City.

Sancho also has international experience as the English winger already played six games for the national team. Before joining City, Sancho was a Watford F.C. academy player. Dortmund only paid £10m when the club signed him from Manchester City.

If Dortmund are to compete for the Bundesliga title, then the club must keep players like Jodan Sancho. The young English man scored the first goal of the season for Dortmund as the club beat Augsburg by 5-1 and secured the top position on league table.

Agreement between United and Inter for Alexis

It is rumored that a deal is in progress between Manchester United and Inter Milan for the transfer of Alexis Sanchez. The Serie A side is said to be planning to sign the forward on loan. The deal is expected to be complete by the mid of this week.

Sanchez is earning £390,000 per week at United and Inter is only willing to pay half of these wages. However, the Chilean himself wants to leave but United is not yet willing to sell the player on Inter’s terms. Alexis is looking to join his former teammate Romelu Lukaku at San Siro.

The 30-year-old had a terrible time at United as he only scored 5 goals during his time with the “red devils”. In contrast to this his international form was formidable. He scored the same amount of goals during Copa America, 2019 alone.

It is said that if this deal does not work out, Sanchez will remain with United until at least January 2020. Sanchez did not yet play a single game for United this season and it looks as if Ole would only use him in Carabao Cup and Europa League matches.
